Mentorship Onboarding

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before starting the mentorship (the "Service" operated by Dan North Fitness Inc.).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Fee Schedule

Your four-week commitment is to be paid in full for the Service prior to the Service’s start date.

You hereby agree to pay on a monthly recurring basis moving forward thereafter for the Service. Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and must be paid in full for the month ahead.

Cancellation Policy

The Service is valid for four weeks after the program start date.

The Service is then valid on a monthly basis moving forward after the initial four weeks.

The Service is non-refundable.

All mentor calls (hereafter referred to as "Sessions") must be completed within the month they are originally scheduled. Cancelled or missed Sessions cannot be carried over to the next month. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a Session, you must provide a minimum of 24-hour notice. If no other time is available, you will be charged for the Session.
