  • I’m a certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning specialist.
  • I have 10+ years of training experience.
  • I’ve written for several of the world’s leading fitness publications including, Breaking Muscle, T-Nation, and Bodybuilding.com.
  • I was passionate about fitness at an early age– from soccer to martial arts and even Olympic weightlifting.
  • I taught Taekwondo to kids and adults when I was just 13 years old.
  • I struggled with finding my career at first and went to school for business and music but quickly realized both weren’t my thing. Soon after, I realized I could pursue my passion in fitness and training when I saw my cousin’s lifestyle as a self-employed trainer.
  • I used to be very shy as a kid, but the gym became my safe haven and helped me foster the confidence and self-esteem that I have today.
