Simpli Strong is a structured strength training program. It’s not just a list of workouts. Each week of training builds up to reach a bigger goal.
A focus on the fundamentals. Progress comes from doing simple things savagely well. Squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry are the fundamental movement patterns. These exercises act as the base of the program with various regressions and progressions to meet you at your current strength level.

Simpli Strong is programmed for commercial gym use with access to barbells, free weights, squat racks, and cable pulley systems.
Three and four day per week program options are available.
50-60 min. We use a systematic approach to training so you get the most out of your time in the gym.
Simpli Strong is a continuous strength training program that varies month to month. We start by building a foundation of strength in the fundamental lifts (squat, press, deadlift) and use various progressions with each new program.
3-day split = Full body workouts
4-day split = Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower
Yes. I’d recommend starting with a routine you know you can follow consistently. If you want to change the frequency of your workouts, you can message me directly in the training app or email me at dan@dannorthfitness.com.
Simpli Strong is a structured strength training program with everything outlined for you. My job is to take the guessing out of your workouts so the only thing you need to do is open the app and crush it in the gym.
Absolutely. Strength training increases your total energy expenditure throughout the day, making it the most effective tool for sustainable fat loss.
Both are great options as long as your nutrition is in correlation with your fat loss goals, but I personally prefer a full body split.
Yes! Strength training is the best option for building dense, long-lasting muscle. The stronger you are, the more weight you can lift, leading to greater stress and eventually, greater muscle adaptation.
If this is your first time following a strength program and/or you’re relatively new to lifting weights, both programs are great. If you have more experience lifting (at least 4-5 years), the four-day split is preferred given the higher amount of volume.
It’s best not to lift weights outside of the workouts programmed in Simpli Strong so you can recover. Remember this: you don’t get stronger from training, you get stronger by recovering from training.
Yes. If your goal is to lean out and get stronger, one to two low-impact cardio sessions per week is optional. Walking daily is always recommended and very underrated.
Within 24 hours of signing up, you’ll receive an email invitation to the True Coach app. This is where you’ll access the program. Your program will officially start the first Monday or Tuesday after you register (depending on the program you choose).
